I've decorated quite a few Christmas trees this year. There is something so fun about expressing an idea or color combination or theme or concept with a tree.
First, I give you our cubicle trees - which were known as classroom trees not too long ago. The office needs a little Christmas, don't you think? I'm gonna let you guess whose tree is whose.
We had to get a new tree for our home since our prelit tree was only producing about 1/4 of the light that it was supposed to, and so I decided to go big with the new one - 9' BIG. I love how all of our blingy ornaments look on our new tree!
The Paper Crafts gang decorated a tree for charity (Primary Children's Hospital) with handmade ornaments contributed by designers and little homes that we decorated (the green one is mine and the red one is Beth's). The tree made its debut at the annual Festival of Trees. It's great to know that the sale of our tree will be helping some kids who need some pretty serious medical attention.
And finally, Beth and I paid a visit to the Festival of Trees to drink in the season! Lots of pretty and generous trees with whimsical and fun themes. We enjoyed our stroll through the Christmas wonderland.
Enjoy the trees this year and don't forget the reason for the season - our Savior, Jesus.
Susan

I'm going to guess that the glittery silver tree with the orange ornaments is yours, Susan. The tree with the red and gold ornaments would then be Beth's, by default. If I'm right, I think Beth needs to add a little more "vavoom" to her tree to make it more accurately fit her personality. It needs a little somethin'--like a wowie zowie tree topper, maybe. You know, classic but with a touch of moxie. Just sayin'. . . .

Ya, you both are about the bling, but the orange is the give away!
There are many a photo on this post! Man!
It looks like you are enjoying the season as well!
Hugs!

Hmmmm...orange...bling...not to mention the fact that I see it on your desk every work day...SUSAN! And though lovely, I agree with Jan Connair that Beth's needs some vavoomy ooomph because she's just, well, vavoomy. :-)

Susan's orange ornaments look far more spectacular on the tree than in the box!!!
(no fair that I saw them that way)
Beth's tree while wonderfully tradtitional needs a little extra POP!!!
;o)
